Service Manager (m/f/d) Event Catering and Artist Support
part-time with 85%
You will carry out the following activities with us:
- Management of catering at municipal events and external events with personnel planning and merchandise management planning
- Independent organization of artist support for the cultural halls of the city of Biberach (Stadthalle, Komödienhaus, Gigelberghalle)
- Contact person for the catering facilities "Weißer Turm" and "Applaus" when booking for private parties
- Catering for events in the "Weißer Turm" and "Applaus" in the Stadthalle
- Maintenance and care of the equipment
You fulfill the following requirements:
- Completed training in gastronomy or comparable qualification, ideally with professional experience in gastronomy
- Friendly, well-groomed and courteous appearance as well as a pronounced willingness to provide service
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
